How to put file in Bluestacks

first download in Google Play
File explorer (i use FX)

and then open and you have screen like this

you can change destination folder document and the other in Regedit
but i don't show that (except if you want to)
choose your file

and then copy / cut

 Paste on your Bluestacks Storage
